By registering and/or using CIVD, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. The User hereby grants consent to CIVD to obtain, collect, manage, process, analyze, display, and utilize such Personal Data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

"CIVD (Centralized Integrated Vendor Database)" is an online system for conducting centralized and integrated qualification assessments of Goods/Services Providers among PSC Contractors and serves as a database for the results of qualification assessments covering administrative, legal, financial, and other qualification data aspects. The proof of a completed qualification assessment is a Certificate in Lieu of Administrative Documents (SPDA)
"Data" refers to all data/information uploaded by the CIVD User to the CIVD system, which includes legality data, administrative data, financial data, and experience data, wherein Personal Data is also included.
"Personal Data" is data about an individual who is identified or can be identified separately or in combination with other information, either directly or indirectly, through an electronic or non-electronic system.
"PSC Contractor (Production Sharing Contract Contractor)" includes Cost Recovery PSC Contractors and Gross Split PSC Contractors as referred to in the Work Procedure Guideline Number PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 Second Book fifth Revision about Guidelines for the Implementation of Goods/Services Procurement and its amendments (PTK-007).
"We/Us" refers to the controllers of Personal Data, managers of Personal Data, and processors of Personal Data, which in the context of CIVD may consist of, but are not limited to, Third-Party system developers, SKK Migas, and PSC Contractors.
"User" refers to all parties who can access the CIVD system, including but not limited to Goods/Services Providers and PSC Contractors. Goods/Services Provider in this document specifically refers to Users from the Goods/Services Provider party.
"PBJ (Goods/Services Provider)" is as referred to in the Work Procedure Guideline Number PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 Second Book fifth revision about Guidelines for the Implementation of Goods/Services Procurement and its amendments (PTK-007).
"Company" is any business entity, whether incorporated or not, established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
"Third Party" is a party outside the User, including but not limited to, as the context requires, auditors (government or private), CIVD system developers, PSC Contractors who have systems integrated with CIVD, and may also include Public Accounting Firms that prepare the Goods/Services Providers audited financial reports.
"SPDA (Certificate in Lieu of Administrative Documents)" is a certificate proving the result of a CIVD qualification assessment for a Goods/Services Provider that has met the administrative, legal, financial, and other qualification requirements.
The Personal Data above is correct Data provided by the PBJ User. If the PBJ User provides statements, warranties, information, or Personal Data that are incorrect, unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete, the PBJ User is fully responsible for the data provided and releases CIVD and SKK Migas, along with all PSC Contractors who have access to CIVD, from all legal consequences that may arise.
CIVD will record PBJ data solely for the purposes of service and use by CIVD. If circumstances arise that fall outside of these requirements, PBJ Users may request the revocation of their consent to the recording of PBJ data via email helpdesk.civd@pengadaan.com and CIVD will cease recording and delete the PBJ Users Personal Data from its server within the timeframe specified by applicable law.
CIVD has the right to use Personal Data that has been collected, including processing and analyzing it, as explained above for the following purposes:
We may transfer, disseminate, disclose, and/or share access to the PBJ Users Personal Data with:
this regard, the User should be aware that any data accessed or obtained by such parties is entirely beyond Our responsibility.
The User has rights over their Personal Data that have been guaranteed by laws and regulations, including but not limited to the right to make corrections and/or the right to request the deletion, cessation of processing, or destruction of the Users Personal Data. For any exercise of these rights, the User can submit a request by sending an email to helpdesk.civd@pengadaan.com.
Each User request must clearly state their full identity, the type of right, and the reason; and We reserve the right to refuse the exercise of the right you have requested based on the results of our factual verification and/or other reasons permitted by the Laws and Regulations in the field of Personal Data Protection.
